Join us at the Acorn Theatre in Penzance on Sunday 18th January for a truly unique evening celebrating Cornish music and language. Acclaimed vocal group Hireth will take to the stage with their spellbinding four-part harmonies, singing entirely in the Cornish language, Kernewek. This special performance will also feature guest artists who bring the language to life through song—names to be revealed soon. With a blend of original works and reimagined traditional songs, this event promises an unforgettable journey into the heart and soul of Cornwall.

Hireth are an exceptional four-part harmony vocal group, singing in the Cornish language, Kernewek. Their fresh arrangements consist of striking original works, and traditional Cornish songs like you’ve never heard them before. The ensemble blends a range of musical backgrounds, bringing together songwriter Anna Anise, multi-instrumentalist Daniel Woodfield, composer Matthew Thomason, and vocalist Millie Young.
