Colin’s music crosses many boundaries and draws on a range of elements including new technologies, song-writing and large-scale classical form. He’s at home creating small delicate piano pieces and intimate electronica as well as monumental and epic orchestra works.

Ben Gaunt is a Yorkshire-based composer, sonic artist, and improviser. He has been nominated for an Ivor Novello Award and a British Composer Award. He has worked with the London Symphony Orchestra, Grimethorpe Colliery Band, the London Sinfonietta, Psappha and many others.

Ayanna multi-faceted creative world incorporates music which crosses the boundaries of classical, jazz, reggae, soul and R&B.

Ayanna has been commissioned by the London Symphony Orchestra, Güerzenich Orchester, Ligeti Quartet and Kronos Quartet, and collaborated with artists including Anoushka Shankar, Nitin Sawhney, Andrea Bocelli, Jools Holland and Peter Gabriel.

Gus is an award-winning writer and composer based in York. For his first full-length musical Pieces of String in 2018 (which was named for The Stage’s Best Regional Musical of the year) Gus won The Stage Debut Award for Best Composer/Lyricist, and was nominated for a Writer’s Guild of Great Britain award for Best Musical Theatre Bookwriting. His second full-length musical Mayflies premiered at York Theatre Royal in 2023, to great acclaim.
