Founded and led by director Rory McCleery\, The Marian Consort returns to Chiltern Arts with their stunning programme\, The Language of Flowers. \nThe centrepiece of this exploration of flowers and gardens is Benjamin Britten’s five playful Flower Songs\, which are placed amidst settings of the Song of Songs and its evocation of a luscious\, fertile landscape by Spanish composers of the late Renaissance.
