My Doorbell Piano Sheet Music

Magic moments do not come often. Sometimes they seem so spontaneous, but surely someone somewhere has put a lot of effort into that seemingly effortless moment of magic. Gathering around the piano for a holiday song, cups of egg nog in hand, the lights twinkling on the tree; these are the moments that make the whole year special. Whomever is playing the piano is surely the center of attention and everyone is so deeply appreciative of their talent. You can make times like this happen for your family, not just at Christmas, but all the time, when you learn the basic piano lessons.

If you have a piano just sitting around, go to it and start to plink something out. See what it's like. It doesn't have to be intimidating. If you don't have a piano, you can often find specials on simple small keyboards that you can rest on a table top. That's what I've got. It doesn't have to be a Steinway, its the music that matters, and even a small keyboard can surprise you. Start somewhere. Live music is something special.

Now, if you really want to create a magic piano moment, take some time and learn how to play. Wonderful advances have been made in the teaching of piano skills since I was a child. It's now quite possible to learn how to play a simple song in 15 minutes. If you are reading this, you must have a computer, and many choices for your instruction can be made online. Online piano lessons are now readily available and by and large, top quality. Once you begin to play for yourself and others, it will be easy to continue to learn because everyone will love your new skill. You will be the most popular person at any party, and the heart of the festivities.

Why not begin today and see if you don't make some great memories this year? Learn the basics of piano, chords, notes and melody. It's a good skill to have, like cooking or learning a language. Life is so often what we make of it. We have the choice to participate in our holidays in a positive way. Learning the piano is really pretty simple. Start at the C note and work from there. Get some sheet music, and some training. There is no need to reinvent the wheel, find a quality system. You will be so glad you have when the doorbell rings for your guests this Christmas. Fill your holiday with magic and learn to bring the gift of song to your home.
